Phase V’s FBA Prep Pricing:

  • Per order: $10
  • Per unit: Includes FNSKU labeling, Counting, basic inspection, Shipping & FBA label printing, packaging dunnage, and pickup to Amazon.
    • Less than 1000/month – $1
    • 1000 to 3000/month – $.80
    • 3000+/month – $.60
  • Additional Labeling/Bar Coding- $.25/unit
  • Polybag – $.25
  • Per Outbound Case/Carton- $5.00
  • Outbound Single SKU Pallet- $25
  • Supplies such as polybags, bubble mailers, boxes, and pallets billed separately.

FBA Prep Order Submission Guidelines

When engaging a request for FBA Prep, providing clear and comprehensive specifications is crucial to ensure that your products are being handled correctly and meet Amazon’s guidelines. Here’s a list of specifications our merchants should provide for FBA prep.

  1. Product information:
    a. Product name and description
    b. SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) or ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number) for each product.
    c. Product dimensions (length, width, height) and weight.
    d. Relevant product attributes.
  2. Packaging Requirements:
    a. Specific packaging instructions, if any, to ensure safe transportation and storage.
    b. Guidelines for using appropriate packaging materials, such as bubble wrap or poly bags.
    c. Packaging dimensions and weight limitations.
    d. Requirements for inner and outer packaging.
    e. Any special packaging instructions or considerations for fragile items.
  3. Labeling Instructions:
    a. FNSKU labels for each product.
    b. UPC (Universal Product Code) or EAN (European Article Number) if applicable.
    c. Suffocation warning labels for poly bags (if required).
    d. Clear instructions on where labels should be placed on the packaging.
  4. Bundling or Kitting Instructions (if applicable):
    a. Details on the products to be bundled or kitted together.
    b. Instructions on how the items should be arranged and packaged as a bundle or kit.
  5. Shipping Instructions:
    a. Information on the shipping method to be used.
    b. Shipping address and contact details for Amazon’s designated fulfillment centers.
    c. Necessary shipping labels and documents required for transport.
  6. Turnaround Time Expectations:
    a. Clear communications about the time required for completion
    b. Any urgent or time-sensitive considerations
