Special projects are unique tasks that are not part of the usual pick and pack process or included with our standard rates. These tasks may include things like counting inventory, labeling, repackaging, kitting and bundling, quality control and other non-typical fulfillment tasks. The price per hour will be $50
Special requests examples include:
- Custom packaging
- Repacking
- Inspecting
- Shipping method requests such as use of a 3rd party shipping account
- Photo requests
- Claims – entering a claim with a carrier
- Customs assistance – coordinating or generating documentation for clearing customs
- BOL copies – requests for a signed BOL copy
- Tracking numbers – these are available on our OMS/WMS at no additional cost. Fees apply if you request they are emailed to you
- Custom sheets to fill provided by customer
- Invoice reporting
- Receiving products that do not adhere to Receiving Guidelines
- Custom reports not available on our OMS/WMS
